These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Conspiracy ("the app").
Conspiracy is operated by the developer of Conspiracy ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Conspiracy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What Conspiracy is
Conspiracy is a social debate platform where users can create and join debates, choose a side as a Believer or Sceptic, vote, post arguments, reply to others, upload images, save content, follow users, block users, and report content.
Conspiracy is designed for debate and discussion. It is not a source of verified facts, professional advice, official information, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or safety advice.
User-generated content may be inaccurate, opinion-based, incomplete, misleading, offensive, or harmful.
We do not endorse claims posted by users.
2. Age requirements
Conspiracy is not designed for children.
The app is intended for older teens and adults. You must be at least 17 years old, or the minimum age required by the app store and laws in your country or region, whichever is higher.
If you are not old enough to use the app, you must not create an account or use Conspiracy.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account and anything that happens through it.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information where required
- Keep your login details secure
- Not share your account with others
- Not impersonate another person or organisation
- Not create accounts to avoid restrictions, blocks, or moderation actions
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us as soon as possible.
4. User-generated content
You are responsible for the content you post, upload, or share in Conspiracy.
This includes:
- Debates
- Posts
- Arguments
- Replies
- Images
- Profile information
- Usernames
- Any other content you submit
You should only post content that you own, created yourself, or have permission to use.
By posting content in Conspiracy, you allow us to store, display, process, copy, and share that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote the app.
You keep ownership of your own content, but you give us permission to use it inside the app and related app services.
5. Debate ideas, not people
Conspiracy is built for disagreement, but users must debate responsibly.
You may challenge:
- Claims
- Arguments
- Evidence
- Reasoning
- Sources
- Debate positions
You may not abuse, threaten, harass, doxx, intimidate, or target people.
Believers and Sceptics are debate positions, not personal identities. Users can vote, flip sides, and change their mind.
6. Prohibited content and behaviour
You agree not to post, upload, promote, or engage in content or behaviour that includes:
- Threats or encouragement of harm
- Harassment or targeted abuse
- Doxxing or sharing private personal information
- Illegal instructions or encouragement of illegal activity
- Content encouraging violence, self-harm, or real-world harm
- Hate, dehumanising attacks, or abusive targeting of protected groups
- Spam, scams, manipulation, or fake engagement
- Impersonation of another person, brand, or organisation
- Attempts to bypass moderation, blocks, security, or app limits
- Uploading content you do not have the right to use
- Malware, phishing, scraping, or attempts to damage the app
- Organising harassment or abuse against other users
- Any use of the app that violates applicable law
Strong disagreement is allowed. Abuse is not.
7. Reports and moderation
Users can report content that may break these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Reports are reviewed manually. Reporting content does not guarantee removal.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, delete accounts, or take other action if we believe:
- These Terms have been broken
- The Community Guidelines have been broken
- A user creates safety risks
- A user abuses the app
- A user violates another person's rights
- Action is needed to protect users, the app, or the public
We may make moderation decisions based on available context. We are not required to explain every moderation decision.
8. Blocking and user safety tools
Conspiracy may provide tools such as blocking, reporting, and privacy or safety settings.
Blocking helps users control their own experience, but it may not remove all traces of previous interactions or prevent all possible contact in every situation.
You should report serious rule-breaking content or behaviour.
9. No guarantee of accuracy
Conspiracy contains user-generated debate content.
We do not verify every claim, post, reply, image, source, or argument.
You should not rely on Conspiracy as your only source of information. Verify important claims independently, especially claims related to health, law, finance, safety, politics, emergencies, or real-world decisions.
10. App availability and changes
Conspiracy may change over time.
We may add, remove, limit, or update features at any time. The app may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, bugs, outages, updates, or technical issues.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
11. Third-party services
Conspiracy may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, storage, notifications, analytics, crash reporting, app distribution, or other app functions.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
12. No selling or misuse of the app
You may not use Conspiracy to:
- Sell access to accounts
- Scrape, copy, or harvest app data without permission
- Build competing databases from app content
- Use bots or automation to manipulate the app
- Abuse APIs, backend services, or security systems
- Interfere with the normal operation of the app
13. Account removal
You may stop using Conspiracy at any time.
If account deletion is available inside the app, you can use that option in app settings.
If account deletion is not yet available inside the app, you can contact us at:
We may also suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that break these Terms, create safety risks, or misuse the app.
14. Privacy
Your use of Conspiracy is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and how privacy requests can be made.
15. Disclaimers
Conspiracy is provided "as is" and "as available."

16. Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer of Conspiracy is not responsible for losses, damages, disputes, harm, or issues caused by:
